We're looking for creative and motivated Video Editors to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you'll transform long-form content, including podcasts, interviews, debates, and speeches, into engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your goal is to identify compelling moments and edit them into videos that capture attention and drive engagement.

If you enjoy social media, understand what makes content perform well, and have a passion for video editing, we'd love to hear from you. Growing accounts is a gradual process so consistency and patience are very important for this role.

Important Note

-There is no base salary. It takes a few months to reach minimum monthly wage, 620 euro. From there, your earning potential is uncapped, with opportunities to continue increasing your compensation based on performance.

Responsibilities

-Watch long-form content and identify engaging moments.

-Create short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

-Edit videos using software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, or similar.

-Follow client branding and content guidelines.

-Consistently upload content to social media accounts.

Requirements

-English Language Proficiency Test — CEFR Level B2 or higher

-No prior professional experience is required. We provide training, detailed guidelines, and support, so motivated candidates can learn on the job

-Preferred experience in editing videos.

-Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

-Familiarity with short-form, vertical video editing.

-Preferred experience using captioning tools such as Submagic, CapCut, or similar.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

-Reliable computer and internet connection.
